1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using CrackSSC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

CrackSSC is a web application that provides SSC CGL exam preparation tools — study notes, PYQ question banks, AI explanations, analytics, and flashcards. We provide this as-is and do not guarantee any specific exam outcome.

3. Your account

  • You must be 13+ years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • One account per person. You may not share your account.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free and Pro plans

The Free plan is available to all users at no charge. The Pro plan is a paid subscription (₹299/month or ₹2,499/year) that includes higher AI limits and additional features.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@crackssc.com within 7 days of payment if you have an issue.

5. Content & intellectual property

The study notes, question explanations, and app code belong to CrackSSC. You may use them for your personal exam preparation only. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any content.

PYQ questions are based on publicly available SSC exam papers.

6. AI-generated content

AI explanations are generated by a language model and may occasionally be incorrect. Always cross-check important facts with official SSC study material. We are not responsible for errors in AI-generated responses.

7. Limitation of liability

CrackSSC is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
